The following images will depict the site setup and managed by Murray Civil at the above location.

2 of the images depict branches snapped and broken by the excavator in the images. It is obviously too time consuming to have a professional come along and perform and pruning required and instead the operator has undertaken their own pruning with a few pushes and pulls on a lever.

Another of the images shows grass that has been laid in a stormwater drain that is rotting and dead with the exception of the edges - typical of grass which has sat in rolls for a lengthy period before being laid. The grass has passed its used by date. Get another roll in and do the job properly.

I have sent an email to a representative from the company whom i spoke to yesterday outlining my concerns. Indication was the company takes their environmental responsibility seriously. I have asked for an explanation and response as to what will be dont to rectify the damage and when.

Lets see if it is fixed.

I will post any response i receive and whether or not the work is rectified.

Hi Dane,

Thank you for notifying me about this issue. I apologise if it has taken a little longer to get back to you. I've forwarded your email to the Site Supervisor asking him to properly trim the tree and too also do so in the future should they need to work in the vicinity of any vegetation.
